Purpose of data processing.

The processing of data is aimed at the proper performance of the services covered by the contract, as well as in order to fulfill the obligations provided for in the tax and accounting and those of a different nature borne by the company, as required by current legislation.

Personal data may be processed by means of both paper and computer files (including portable devices) and in the manner strictly necessary to meet the purposes indicated above.

Methods of data processing • Security measures

The Customer's personal data are processed by automated computer tools and collected mainly by electronic and telematic means by the Company for the time necessary to perform the service and for the management of the purchase order of the Products arranged by the Customer. The Site is configured in such a way as to provide for the use of the personal data of the Customer only when necessary to perform the services requested by the Customer. The Company adopts specific and adequate security measures aimed at preventing, or in any case reducing, the risk of loss, destruction or disclosure, even accidental, of the data itself, of unlawful, incorrect or unlawful use of them as well as any unauthorized access or processing not in accordance with the purposes identified in this document.

Consequences of failure to communicate personal data.

With regard to personal data relating to the execution of the contract or relating to the fulfillment of a regulatory obligation (for example, the fulfilments related to the keeping of accounting and tax records), the failure to disclose personal data prevents the conclusion of the contractual relationship itself.

Data retention.

Personal data, subject to processing for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for the period of the relationship and, subsequently, for the time in which the company is subject to obligations of retention for tax purposes or for other purposes provided for by law or regulation.

Persons in charge, managers and locations of data processing.

The recipients of the data, without prejudice to the communications and disclosures made in execution of legal obligations, may be the following: company personnel according to their areas of expertise (commercial, production, administration), professional consultants, banks and insurance companies that provide functional services for the purposes indicated above, judicial or administrative authorities, for the fulfillment of legal obligations. Rights of the interested party

The rights granted to data subjects by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) include the right to request the data controller and the data controller:

  • access to personal data and information relating thereto;
  • the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data;
  • deletion of personal data (if one of the conditions set out in Art. 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR is met and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article);
  • the limitation of the processing of personal data (to the use of one of the hypotheses indicated in Art. 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR);
  • in cases where the legal basis for the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means, the delivery of personal data in a structured format and readable by automatic device, also in order to communicate such data to another owner of the processing.

Revocation of consent - Complaint.

If the processing, including the processing of special data, is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation or Article 9(2)(a) of the Regulation), the data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal.

At any time, the data subject may exercise his or her rights vis-à-vis the data controller, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, as transcribed herein, by sending a request by registered post or by any other means provided for by law.
